To gain increasing pleasure from our shared interest in fungi, i.e. to have fun!
To develop our own interest in and knowledge of the fungi of our region.
To promote and encourage this interest and knowledge in others through contact with various wildlife groups.
To record the fungi of north-east England.
To promote the conservation of fungi and of threatened habitats of rare fungi.
